Founder & Director

An engineer with Specialization in IT Applications.

Has 35+ years of experience in various business domains including market trends, analytics, project management, system design, application development, system integration across varied h/w and software platforms.steering the product development from concept to delivery.

Has successfully conceptualized, developed, launched and marketed many products in his career. Many of his products command sizable market share today.

He has deep knowledge in domains like Healthcare Informatics, Security, Communication, ERP, CRM, Media, Mass Communication, HR Management, Marketing Technologies, and Project Management etc.

Worked with IBM, Sperry, CDC, Dell and with government organizations like Controller Defence Accounts, Indian Railways, ONGC, BHEL, Abu Dhabi Health Authority Partner programs, Dubai Health Authority etc.,

Headed Dell Tech Support for the Middle East across the GCC, with clients like, British Petroleum, Halliburton, Dubai Petroleum Corporation, AMOCO, Enterra, Microsoft, Cad pipe, Arthur Anderson Consulting etc.

Currently heading development teams for development and marketing healthcare products in the USA, GCC and North Africa (MENA Region).

She also has extensive and hands-on experience in marketing, business communications, organizational operations for about 30+ years, having provided consultancy to many multinationals in the Middle East markets.

Busniess Strategies

As the First Indian Chief Engineer for Nestlé in South Asia region, Mr. Rakesh Verma has served Nestlé for close to three decades and was part of Nestlé Global engineering council for several years.

While heading operation in Nigeria, he earned the title of “Senior Comrade” and “Comrade”. His contribution to society earned him the coveted title of Chieftaincy in Nigeria by His Royal Majesty King. Chief Rakesh Verma has supported many factories’ operations including setting up of several Greenfield & brownfield factories and R&D centre. He retired from Nestlé from position of Sr. Vice President and member of Nestlé Nigeria Executive Board.

Rakesh Verma, is also the Chief Advisor for Manufacturing and Operations of Well-versed, the full-stack nutrition brand. He brings in an immeasurable amount of Technical/ Operational knowledge to the table as the brand’s Chief Advisor.

Sanjay Kumar Randhar

Partnerships & Acquisitions

Sanjay K, Randhar has over 35 years of experience in financial services domain in private equity/ venture capital and corporate banking. He has held senior leadership roles in both private sector and public sector organizations.

Some of the past assignments include Managing Director at GVFL Ltd. (one of the first venture capital firm in India) and President and COO at India Venture Advisors, a Piramal group’s private equity company. Under his leadership, GVFL was recognized as "Best Technology Venture Fund – India – 2018" by CFI.co, UK. He brings extensive board level experience and provides strategic inputs, mentoring and value addition to the companies as a board member.
He is member of the Investment Committee of CIIE-IIMA Seed Fund, NEDFi Venture Fund, Research & Innovation Park Advisory Council of IIT-Gandhinagar and Mentor-advisor at EDII.

Karan Singh is based in the Bay Area of San Francisco. He is an expert in Lean Transformation and Quality Management.

An experienced lecturer/ workshop leader, Karan continues to work with large organizations to help quickly realize cost improvement opportunities and transform their operations to create the greatest value for them, and their customers.

He has trained over 700 people at different levels of organizations on Lean Six Sigma, supported 14+ project teams and embedded Lean Six Sigma in organizations varying from 10 to 4000 employees by acting as a motivator, a trainer, a coach, a mentor, and a facilitator.

Rajan Yadav

Development & International Support

Rajan Yadav is a highly experienced IT professional with 16 years of expertise in Microsoft technologies and 13 years specifically in the healthcare domain. Holding an MCA degree, he has a deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of healthcare IT.

His skills include .NET development, HL7 standards for health information exchange, SQL Server database management, IIS for web application hosting, and AWS EC2 for cloud infrastructure. His extensive background positions him well to lead and contribute to advanced healthcare technology projects.

Er. Raj Bahadur Yadav is a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. As a Team Lead, he brings extensive expertise in .NET, .NET Core, Telerik, Cloud technologies, HL7, and SQL Server, delivering high-quality solutions and driving innovation in complex technical environments.
